Vendor categories
The call welcomes businesses in the following categories. Other relevant products and services can be described in the application.

Sports, fitness, athletic wear and wellness
Category 2
Food, beverages, nutrition and lifestyle
Category 3
Banking, insurance, financial services and SMEs
Category 4
Real estate, housing and property development
Category 5
Beauty, art, fashion and other relevant businesses
Vendor applications are subject to available capacity, organizer confirmation and venue requirements. Include any space, equipment or electricity requirements in your application so the organizers can review them.
Call for vendors
Apply for a vendor space.
Share your business details and what you plan to sell or promote. The fee is KES 15,000 per vendor space, subject to the organizer confirming your booking and event arrangements.
Each vendor team can bring a maximum of 4people, including the contact person, due to Karura Forest's capacity limits. Arrival and setup start from 7:00 AM.
Sending this form does not reserve a stall or collect payment. The team will follow up to confirm availability and next steps.

Vendor space or sponsorship?
Vendor spaces cost KES 15,000, with booking arrangements confirmed by the organizers. Bronze, Silver and Gold sponsorships are separate packages with brand recognition and included runner places; those packages can be purchased online.
